How a Better Middle East Would Look?

An interesting (or alarming) view comes from June's edition of the US Armed Forces Journal. Citing Winston Churchill's comment that the way the borders of the Middle East have been drawn have caused troubles way beyond their boundaries, the writer suggests a better map for the region based on ethnic and religious lines.
